The city of Harlingen is actively expanding its lithium-ion battery storage infrastructure to enhance grid reliability. At its most recent Planning and Zoning meeting they discussed a potential fifth location proposed by the company RavenVolt.
RavenVolt is seeking approval to build a 9.9-20 megawatt battery storage plant on a 6.6-acre site near the Fair Park neighborhood.
