H-E-B clinics offer physical therapy, health and nutrition coaching, clinical pharmacists, specialty referrals and labs. Its staff are board-certified physicians, nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

Construction will begin on February 27, 2025 and is expected to be completed by August 25, 2025.
