Pharr, Texas The ultra-popular iced tea franchise is expanding its footprint in the Rio Grande Valley! HTeaO has registered a $1,653,800 new construction project for a standalone tea bar at 1504 South Cage Boulevard, situated on land owned by H-E-B Grocery Company LP. The 1,923-square-foot facility will feature the brand's signature layout, including a 1,705-square-foot interior tea bar and a 218-square-foot walk-in cooler/freezer unit. This new Pharr location is part of a massive "Iced Tea Invasion" across the Rio Grande Valley. The franchise is officially moving into the local market with several sites announced across the RGV.
